Detailed itinerary

1

Discover the stunning Cape Kamenjak, a protected peninsula in the southernmost tip of Istria. Stretching 9.5 km long and 1.5 km wide, its 30 km of indented coastline boasts crystal-clear, bluish-green waters and a mix of rocky beaches and sandy coves. Home to 530 plant species, including 20 types of orchids, Kamenjak remains untouched by development, offering a true natural escape.

2

Dinosaur footprints on Kamenjak were discovered in the rock slabs near Pinizule Bay. These ancient prints, believed to be over 100 million years old, offer a fascinating glimpse into the past and provide evidence of the dinosaurs that once roamed this area. They are a unique natural wonder and an exciting attraction for visitors to the southernmost tip of Istria.

3

Punta Kamenjak is the southernmost point of Istria, located within the Kamenjak Nature Park. Known for its rugged coastline, crystal-clear waters, and hidden coves, it offers spectacular views of the Adriatic and nearby islands, making it a popular spot for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility.
