About this experience

Join us on a boat excursion to discover the famous pearls of the Amalfi Coast! Departing from Sorrento, we will sail along the coast, admiring the Queen Joan's Baths and Punta Campanella. We will pass by the bay of Jeranto, a protected marine area and famous "home" of the Sirens that enchanted Ulysses, while our experienced skipper tells you stories and legends related to the places we will see. Get ready for many swims with snorkeling to explore the seabed and for an aperitif to enjoy on board with breathtaking views!
We will then head to Amalfi, the ancient maritime republic, and the enchanting Positano. If you wish, you will have two hours to visit one of the two gems of the Coast, with the possibility of booking a restaurant accessible from the sea. At the agreed time, the return journey begins, not without another stop near the bays of Crapolla and Nerano for the last dives.

Detailed itinerary

1

We will sail along the Sorrento coast, passing by the Queen Joan's Baths, the Cala di Mitigliano, Punta Campanella, and the Bay of Ieranto.

2
Stop 2

A lagoon framed by limestone rocks eroded by the wind and connected to the sea by a narrow passage. Legend has it that the queen of Naples used to come here to bathe and enjoy the view.

3

Sailing along the Amalfi Coast (Nerano, Crapolla, Furore Fjord, Conca dei Marini)

4

The fishing village of Nerano seems to owe its name to a villa of Nero, which was probably built here for the leisure of the emperor. This speaks volumes about the beauty of Nerano, characterized by several pebble beaches, rocky seabeds, and crystal-clear waters. Its seaside restaurants are highly renowned, offering delicious cuisine based on fish and local products. A specialty dish is Spaghetti alla Nerano, with zucchini and cheese from the Lattari Mountains.

5

You will have 2 hours available to disembark in Positano (or Amalfi). Two pearls of the Coast that need no introduction, characterized by houses nestled in the mountains, narrow streets, and artisanal and luxury boutiques.

6

Considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, Furore rises amidst cliffs overlooking the sea. It is famous for its fjord, which was formed by the erosion caused by the passage of the Schiato stream, although, according to ancient legend, the inlet was formed by the devil himself who had tried in vain to seize the souls of the inhabitants!

7

Amalfi, a splendid gem of the Amalfi Coast from which it takes its name, is nestled between steep mountains and crystal-clear waters. This charming town is renowned for its striking architecture, such as the Cathedral of Saint Andrew, which dominates the landscape with its grand Arab-Sicilian façade and the beautiful Cloister of Paradise. Once a powerful maritime republic, Amalfi retains a rich historical heritage reflected in its ancient traditions and local culture. Its narrow streets and cobblestone stairways form a labyrinth of discoveries, featuring shops offering limoncello, handmade ceramics, and other local delights.
