At Roatan Visitor, we treat every traveler as a visitor, not just a booking. We offer private, comfortable rides across the island with local Garífuna drivers who know the roads, the culture, and how to give you a warm welcome. We stay in touch before, during, and after your trip—so you always feel informed and taken care of. From the moment we pick you up, your visit to Roatán becomes smooth, flexible, and stress-free.
Pickup included
Once you book with Roatan Visitor, we’ll follow up to confirm your pickup location, flight or cruise details, and any special requests like extra luggage or child seats. The day before your trip, you'll receive a confirmation with your driver’s name, vehicle details, and contact info. On the day of service, your driver—a friendly local in a clean SUV or van marked with our logo—will be waiting outside the airport or cruise terminal holding a sign with your name. If we’re picking you up from a hotel, Airbnb, or residence, we’ll be right at your door.
During the ride, you’ll travel in air-conditioned comfort along a direct but scenic route whenever possible, with the option to request a short stop for groceries or essentials. We monitor traffic and road conditions to avoid delays, and we’re always available by phone or message. At drop-off, we’ll help with your luggage and make sure you’re settled. Please note that a single booking covers one-way transportation only.
To secure a return trip, you must make a second, separate booking. From start to finish, we keep communication clear, service flexible, and your experience stress-free.
