Our morning Olympus and Dion tour begins at 9am at the archaeological site of Dion. Explore the ancient Macedonian sanctuary where gods of Olympus were once worshiped. Find ancient Greek statues, mosaic floors, ceramics and more, across the grounds of Dion and its museum.

Next stop on our half-day mini bus tour of Olympus is a visit to the Crusader Castle of Platamon. Found on a strategic hilltop, Platamon Castle was built to guard the valley of Tempe and the roads that connected Macedonia to the rest of the country. Dating back to the 13th century, this imposing medieval castle is one of the largest fortresses in Greece that’s still standing to this day.

Continuing to Mount Olympus, we will follow the trail through the gorge of Enipeas in search of the bathtub of Zeus and its waterfall. Marvel at the alluring grandeur of the mountain scenery surrounding this treasured oasis dedicated to the Greek god, Zeus.
