The Sharjah Museum of Islamic Civilisation or more popularly known as Sharjah Islamic Museum is one such must-visit attraction for those interested in Islamic history. The museum is home to over 5,000 rare and timeless Islamic artefacts, manuscripts, ceramics, weapons, swords, coins and astrolabes.

This enviable location represents the mosque's great importance and allows it to be seen from miles around day and night. The Faisal Mosque was conceived as the National Mosque of Pakistan and named after the late King Faisal bin Abdul-Aziz of Saudi Arabia
