Please note: All passengers are subject to customs inspection upon arrival in Vancouver, including a search of persons and baggage. Passengers must arrive at the terminal at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff times will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.
Passenger fare includes 20lbs of baggage. An option to purchase an extra seat to accommodate extra baggage may be requested.
Due to international restrictions, all baggage must travel with the passenger on their international scheduled flight. Excess baggage cannot be accommodated on an earlier or later departure. Additional baggage cannot be accepted at check-in without advance booking
All passengers travelling must be ambulatory in order to fly. A mobility assistance device, such as a wheelchair or cane, may be used by a passenger to get from the terminal to the aircraft, however, passengers must have the ability to walk on and off the aircraft with minimal or no assistance.
