What you'll see

1. After booking
Travelers will receive a confirmation email with their ticket details, including the number of passengers and included luggage. If Meet & Greet service or additional luggage was purchased, this will also be noted on the reservation.

2. Arrival at Philadelphia Airport (PHL)
After landing, passengers should proceed to baggage claim to retrieve their luggage.

If Meet & Greet was purchased: Your chauffeur will be waiting inside baggage claim with a personalized name sign and will assist in guiding you to the vehicle.

If Meet & Greet was not purchased: After collecting bags, passengers should exit the terminal and walk to Passenger Pickup Zone 6, located outside on the curb.

3. Meeting your chauffeur
At Zone 6, passengers will see a marked Delaware Limo shuttle vehicle. The chauffeur will assist with loading luggage, verify tickets, and confirm the final destination before departure.

4. Transportation to the drop-off location
Once everyone is safely aboard, the shuttle will depart directly for the predetermined drop-off location:

Standard Drop-Off: In front of the Main Terminal at Wilmington Airport (ILG).

If the Private Residence Add-On was purchased: Passengers will be dropped off at the specified private residence within New Castle County, DE.

5. Completion of service
Upon arrival, the chauffeur will unload luggage and ensure all passengers have safely exited the vehicle, completing your seamless airport transfer experience.

Meeting point
