A fantastic day for the whole family that we will spend it among backyard animals, discovering the production of milk and its derivatives such as the PDO cheese among the best in Sicily. In the laboratory we will have the opportunity to actively follow the phases of the process that starts from the production of milk until the cheese, thus discovering the secrets of the cheesemaking of our home. We will make together the biscuits typical of the peasant tradition. Everyone will give a shape to their own cookie that will be baked. We will also dedicate ourselves to the vegetable garden. A unique experience where everyone will be involved and can sow, transplant, water, learn the principles of ecology, relate to rural reality and discover all the secrets of the peasant life. We will also have the opportunity to find out the various aromatic and officinal plants of our area.

We will also visit the historic centre of Cammarata and San Giovanni Gemini, considered the flagship among the Sicani mountains in the Sicilian hinterland.
