One of the must do things while visiting Macedonia is to try the local food. The ultimate experience would be to try to learn how to cook some of the traditional meals.
Each session starts with a visit of a local market. You’ll get a feel for real Macedonian culture as you experience its rich colours, and unique flavours and smells. Food markets are a great way to introduce Macedonian culture and lifestyle.
You may be surprised to note that our cooking instructors are not professional chefs. In fact, our cooking instructors are friendly home-grown cooking talents who love to cook for their family and friends. Most importantly, they would love to spread this passion for cooking with you.
What you get? A cooking session, complete lunch, visit to the local market, short lecture on Macedonian food and ingredients, a recipe booklet, as well as traditional snacks (meze) prepared by your hosts.

When your meal is being cooked, enjoy a home – made lunch.
