The tour begins with a visit to Riga Panorama Observation deck at the so-called Stalin’s Birthday Cake building – one of few sites left from the Soviet times heritage in Riga. From here your guide will give you an overview of the city and its history, pointing out places of interest – those included in this tour and others you might want to visit separately.
Back on the ground, let’s have a short stroll through one of Riga’s district and creative neighborhood Spikeri.
