Hotel information must be provided to us for pickup 7 days before departure. The eligible hotels should have the post codes as 6000, 6003, 6004, 6005
Please bring sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen, a thin coat or rain gear, photographic equipment, personal medicines, and dry clothing. Most importantly wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a power adapter if it's required. Itinerary may slightly change due to weather or major events
Please store your large suitcase and luggage at your hotel(most of Perth hotels allow you store luggage after check out, please check with your hotel), carry on suitcases and Backpacks are fine, this is strict, we may reject you from boarding on the bus without refund if this policy is not followed.
The standard room has 1 large double bed and 1 single bed suit 2 or 3 people. Family room for 3 people is limited depending on availability, please ask upon booking.
For 2 and 3 people's booking, you will be provided one room only, family rooms are limited depending on availability.
The remaining hours for the tour duration of each day includes the travel time between attractions.
If any of the followings applies to you, please do not book this tour. 1. You are expecting a coach tour, the maximum capacity of our vehicles is 11 passengers. 2. You live on the Internet and must have fast Internet access at all times. We are travelling deep into Western Australia's rural areas, the infrastructure is downgraded, the WIFI at the hotel can only be used for basic messages, but not for large sized images or videos. If you use Telstra network, you can achieve a better result on your phone. 3. You expect more than what is mentioned in the “what's included section”. All our drivers are super friendly, try their best to provide the best possible service. However, you will need to be prepared to take “NO” as an answer with your extra personal requests, whether we can assist and accommodate these requests will be in the driver and company’s discretion. 4. You have not read “What’s included section”, “Additional information section” thoroughly.
The English/Bilingual tour can be conducted either in Enlgish only, or in both English and Chinese.
On very rare occassions, if the Chinese tour can not proceed, you will be placed in the English tour depart on the same date.
Pink Lake is a natural phenomenon, it’s beyond human control. In Summer time (from mid December could be earlier to end of March), It will be showing salt pan and water at the same time. The higher the temperature is, less water will be in the lake.
We provide Lobster meal which has been listed in the meal section. All restaurant in Western Australia provide vegetarian meals.
