Ideally suited to over 50's, you will complete spectacular walks each day and return to comfortable lodge style accommodation each evening. Carrying only a small day pack and enjoying delicious and healthy meals (and yes, all dietary needs are catered for) along the way, walking this track is both achievable and enjoyable. The small group size means there are plenty of opportunities to develop new friendships and share experiences. This walk is certainly achievable to those with a moderate level of fitness but if you need a rest day or would like a shorter day of walking then there are options as well.
