AAC Stargazing Experience is divided into 3 thematic sections:
1. Introduction – Observational Astronomy:
In this first section we will briefly talk about the history of Astronomy, about ancient civilizations, about the officially recognized constellations and how they are associated with the most beautiful stories from Greek Mythology. We will orient ourselves according to the stars, and we will examine our cosmic neighborhood.
2. Philosophical Astronomy:
In section 2, we will discuss some of the most mind-bending Astronomy facts and queries, and we will bend over Cosmos’ biggest mysteries.
3. Photography:
Finally, we will see some tips and techniques about astrophotography, and we will capture some great images, acquiring your unique personal souvenir from an Aegean starry night.
Throughout the procedure, ACC’s telescope will be used, bringing us a little closer into space and time.

The Syngrou Forest is located on Kifissias Avenue. When driving on Kifissias Avenue, at the traffic lights by the KAT (General State Hospital), turn right to enter the entrance of the Syngrou Estate and the parking area of the Institute.
