Detailed itinerary

1
Stop 1

The tour starts with an amazing view of the Hollywood Hills and Sunset Blvd as we dive into the overall history of how the Sunset Strip developed from a dirt road used by farmers to the world famous street it is today! From this view, we will also dive into notorious Wonderland Murders!

2
Stop 2

If the walls could talk in any building in the world, you'd talk to the Chateau Marmont. Full of celebrity secrets and haunted by a dark past, the Chateau Marmont is a notorious celebrity hangout where the parties can end in tragedy.

From Lindsay Lohan to John Belushi, we will discuss some of the more famous and lesser known stories of the Chateau Marmont. To end our discussion, I'll fill you in on some of the paranormal occurrences that have been reported at the hotel.

3

The pandemic spelled the end of the Cabo Cantina, but you'll learn about the wild cult that occupied the restaurant in the 1970's and the dangers of hang-gliding!

4

This little dog park hides the oldest building left on the Sunset Strip. But, we aren't here to discuss cute dogs! Looming above the park, is the Sunset Tower; an art deco masterpiece where mobsters and movie stars lived and drank together. Here, we will dive into mobster "Bugsy" Siegel's time in LA.

5
Stop 5

The biggest names in comedy all cover the exterior of the Comedy Store. On any given night, you could see superstar comedians trying new jokes or discover a comic to watch. But what was here before the store? And do the violent actions of the past carry on today? Let's find out!

6
Stop 6

Today, Sunset Plaza is known for the real estate offices of the Oppenheim Group, the stars of the Netflix show "Selling Sunset". A hundred years ago, Sunset Plaza was just being developed and was still surrounded by oranges and lima beans. Over the next century, movie stars and mobsters would run bars, clubs, gambling dens, commit insurance fraud, blow up buildings, and go home with a frozen steak over a black eye after getting too rowdy in the nearby celebrity apartments.

7
Stop 7

Our most murder filled true crime tour ends by the Viper Room to remember River Phoenix and to discuss the dangers (and allure) of the Hollywood lifestyle!
