The service includes airport transfers, where travelers can book vehicles that will pick them up from the airport to their respective hotels or any accommodation in Dubai.
The driver will hold a placard with the name of the traveler if they have booked with the name of the person traveling. The driver will also contact the guest for better and hassle-free communication if the guest provides the contact number in advance, to find the traveler easily in the crowd. The driver will wait for 1 hour after the flight lands and he will go inside the parking to find the guest with the placard. The driver shall wait until 2 hours before the flight lands, but if the guest is late, there will be additional charges per hour, if the guest is noncommunicable after 2 hours, he shall leave the airport and it will be charged fully. Once, the guest is received, he will escort them to their drop-off location as mentioned.
