Baggage Details: Standard baggage size is 36cm x 25cm x 53cm. Oversized baggage will count as 2 pieces. You will be responsible for any missed boarding costs if the maximum number of passengers or permitted baggage allowance is exceeded.
Your driver will wait 1 hour and 30 minutes after your actual arrival time for free. If you select a pick-up time and book, the free waiting time is 30 minutes. If the time limit is exceeded, an additional charge of JPY 5,000 per hour will apply (services less than an hour will be considered as one hour). Extra charges can be paid in cash directly to the driver.
Vehicle Information ①: A 7-seater Toyota Vellfire or a vehicle of a similar class can accommodate up to 6 passengers (including children) with 2 standard pieces of luggage if child seats are not used or up to 4 passengers with 4 standard-sized pieces of luggage.
Vehicle Information ②: A 10-seater Toyota HiAce or a vehicle of a similar class can accommodate up to 9 passengers (including children) with 7 standard pieces of luggage if child seats are not used or up to 6 passengers and 10 standard-sized pieces of luggage.
Reservations made between 22:00 and 5:45 of the next day will be charged an additional late night/early morning fee of 2,500 yen.
