On the day of guest arrival, the driver will be waiting in a pre-arranged area near the luggage claim. He will also be contacting guests by cellphone as needed to verbally guide them to the waiting area. When guests arrive, the driver will greet them with ALOHA and invite them to get on the vehicle.

On the day of guest departure, the driver will be arriving early and waiting at the hotel entrance or hotel designated pickup location.
