Detailed itinerary

Upon arrival at the marina, our Hosts will receive you to direct you to our ticket office and to be able to make your registration. Take the opportunity to take a picture in our beautiful and famous tourist parador "CANCÚN".
There our Receptionists will support you by giving you the first explanations of the tour, filling out your membership contract, assisting you in the use of lockers and other important points. At the end, they will go to the waiting area, so that our certified guides will deliver their custom-made snorkeling equipment.
At the end of the delivery of the snorkeling equipment, your Guide will explain the operation of the boats, will share the rules of the tour, as well as the communication signals between boats, and set sail for adventure!

At the end of the tour, we will return to the marina to be able to deliver the snorkeling equipment, collect your belongings from the lockers, as well as have access to the bathrooms and showers. Before leaving, our photo and video team will

Stop 2 Pass by

You will sail in your own boat through the bay, heading towards the Mayan Reef, towards the Nichupté Lagoon and back to the marina. You will follow your Guide in single file. Here you can see the coastal area of the north of our City.

The Mayan Reef is part of the second largest barrier reef in the world. We will get there to be able to snorkel. Your Guide will support you at all times and will be there to assist you.

At the end of the snorkeling, we will return to the boats to go to Laguna Nichupte, where we will take a tour between natural channels and mangroves. Finishing the tour at Laguna Nichupte, it will be time to return to the marina to finish the activity.

We are located at Marina Chac Chi, at kilometer 3.2, next to the Cancun Bay Resort. The entrance to the marina is through the parking lot of the Cancun Bay Resort. Check-in time is half an hour before your scheduled reservation time.
