You will be provided with a chauffeur driven car service from Heathrow Airport to Central London. The vehicles are 5 years or newer, clean, modern and fitted with the latest satellite Navigation system.
All flights will be monitored by the assigned driver and if there are any flight delays, there will be no extra charge. Your driver will come inside to collect you from the arrival hall displaying your name board. He/She will help you with your luggage and drive you to your destination by using latest navigation system with live traffic information.
Customers must choose pick up time wisely and provide all necessary details such as flight number during booking process. Business class and fast track passengers may request pick up time after 40 minutes of flight landing time and all other passengers may request their pick up time after 60 , 90 or 120 minutes from flight landing time. We offer 25 minutes free waiting time from the pre-requested pickup time. If passengers think they may need longer time to reach arrival hall for an Airport pickup, They must contact us within 40 minutes of joining immigration line so we can keep their driver waiting.
Booking a wrong vehicle type may result in non refundable late cancellation.
Waiting charges: 25 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time. Thereafter £15.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes. Hotel Pick up : 10 minutes free waiting time available.
