You will be provided with a private chauffeur driven car service from Heathrow Airport to London. London vehicle tax and airport parking charge is included in the product.
All flights will be monitored by the assigned driver and if there are any flight delays, there will be no extra charge. Your driver will come inside to collect you from the arrival hall displaying your name board. He/She will help you with your luggage and drive you to your destination by using latest navigation system with live traffic information.
Passengers can arrange their pickup from any terminal at Heathrow Airport. We also offer drop off service to all the Airport hotels, Air B&B's and private accommodations.
Customers must choose pick up time wisely and provide all necessary details such as flight number during booking process. Business class and fast track passengers may request pick up time after 40 minutes of flight landing time and all other passengers may request their pick up time after 60 , 90 or 120 minutes from flight landing time. We offer 25 minutes free waiting time from the pre-requested pickup time.
Booking a wrong vehicle type may result in non refundable late cancellation.
Waiting charges: 25 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time. Thereafter £12.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes.
