What you'll see
You will be provided with a chauffeur driven car service from Heathrow Airport to Southampton cruise port. The vehicles are 5 years or newer, clean, modern and fitted with the latest satellite Navigation system. Your driver will come inside to collect you from the arrival hall displaying your name board. He/she will help you with your luggage and drive you to your destination by using latest navigation system with live traffic information.
This private transfers service also available to travel between Hotels in Southampton (Port hotels) and Heathrow (Airport hotels).
Customers must choose pick up time wisely and provide all necessary details such as ship arrival time during booking process.
Time may take between one hour and 3 hours to reach port arrival hall depending your cabin location.

Passengers can request their own pickup time after 60,75,90 and 120 minutes after flight landed time to avoid waiting charges. If we did not recive special instructions in advance, a driver will be dispatched after 60 minutes from flight landed time.
Waiting charges: 30 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time at the Airport. Thereafter £10.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes. Cruise port / Hotel / Accommodation pick up : 15 minutes free waiting time available. Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment.
If passengers need more time to get through immigration checks, They must contact us within 40 minutes of joining the line in order of us to keep driver waiting.
