What you'll see
You will be provided with a chauffeur driven car service from Heathrow Airport to Oxford. The vehicles are 5 years or newer, clean, modern and fitted with the latest satellite Navigation system.
This private one way transfer service is available to passengers travelling between Oxford and Heathrow Airport or to the Airport hotels.
All flights will be monitored by the assigned driver and if there are any flight delays, there will be no extra charge. Your driver will come inside to collect you from the arrival hall displaying your name board. They will help you with your luggage and drive you to your destination by using latest navigation system with live traffic information.
Customers must choose pick up time wisely and provide all necessary details such as flight number during booking process. Business class passengers and hand luggage only passengers may request pick up time after 40 minutes of flight landing time and all other passengers may request their pick up time after 60 minutes from flight landing time.
If you need extra time to go through immigration checks, please contact us 30 minutes from flight landing time in order of us to keep your driver waiting.
