Waiting Time Policy:
Complimentary waiting time of up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time is included. If the traveller is not ready for departure within this complimentary waiting period, the chauffeur will depart and the booking will be regarded as a No-Show. No refund will be provided for No-Show bookings or lateness beyond the complimentary waiting time.
