Child Safety:
Under Singapore law, children below 1.35 metres in height must be secured with an appropriate child or booster seat. Travellers are required to bring their own, as child and booster seats are not provided.
Waiting Time Policy:
Complimentary waiting time of up to 60 minutes from the actual flight landing time or cruise pick-up time is included. If the traveller does not meet the chauffeur within this complimentary waiting period, or fails to make contact, the chauffeur will depart and the booking will be treated as a No-Show. No refund will be provided for No-Show bookings or lateness beyond the complimentary waiting time.
Additional Stops:
This service is a direct transfer to one destination only. Additional stops, detours, or route deviations are not permitted during the journey.
