What you'll see

The island of Lobos is a small and wonderful islet of 6 square kilometers in front off the north coast of Fuerteventura. It takes the name of the many monk seals and sea lions that lived there in the past. This island is a privileged destination for ecologists and travelers willing to discover an unspoiled natural environment. In 1982 it was declared a Natural Park and protected by law from any possible property development. The small buildings that you will observe in the area of El Puertito are previous to that declaration.

On the islet we find more than 130 plant species and several species of birds. As well you will discover some really impressive landscapes as: La Concha Beach, El Puertito with its wonderful creek of small coves with crystal clear turquoise waters, the wetland of Las Lagunitas, the Lighthouse Martiño or Mountain Caldera of 127 meters of altitude. All are connected by a circular footpath of 12'8 Kms, if you want to hike it whole will take you about 4 hours (not counting the climb to Montaña Caldera), a challenging route for which you need proper footwear.

The trip from Corralejo lasts about 15 minutes, our tickets are always round-trip on the same day and you have different times depending on your plan, just spend a beach time or walk different areas of the islet, in any case wear comfortable clothes and shoes (better closed) and sunscreen. Although there is a bar-restaurant, you must bring enough water and some food

Our company is the only regular shipping service officially authorized, we have all the permits and authorizations and liability insurance required by current legislation.

Discover this hidden little treasure, 6 square kilometers of exceptional landscapes and unspoiled nature.
