Todos Santos is a natural paradise located on an oasis on the Pacific Ocean, it is located 45 miles north of Cabo San Lucas, is a magical place with lot of history and culture to be discover. Here you will find a diverse selection of art galleries, artists, interesting shops, a main plaza and a Jesuit Mission.

Stop 2

This historic church date back to 1733, it's the city's lone Catholic Church. In 1747 was reconstructed due to a revolt of the Pericu and Guaycura Indians, who battled against their forced subjugation. The church is open on a daily basis from 9 am to 5 pm.

The blanket factory is a family run business, that has been around for over 30 years. Here the family will show you the handmade wooden looms some more than 30 years old, on which the blankets are woven. They will explain that depending on the intricacy of the pattern some blankets take a week or more to make. You will learn the way it was done a century or more ago. It is located before arriving Todos Santos.

This is a lovely old theater with faux red velvet seats, located on the side of the main Plaza. It was built in 1943 by the Governor Francisco Mujica, thus fulfilling a promise made the previous year, moved by the artistic gifts of the children of the town, who offered him a cultural festival in one of his official visits.

This is one of the different art galleries availables in Todos Santos, in 1994 Michael and Pat Cope opened The Galeria de Todos Santos, it was the first gallery in Southern Baja to represent a group of artists that worked in different mediums. Painters, sculptors of wood, marble and resin. You will marble at some landscapes, realism and abstract paintings as well as plain aire and impressionism.
