San Jose is the typical Mexican town, with lots of history and culture to be discover, pedestrian areas, colonial architecture, old historic houses and buildings are now hosting charming coffees, romantic courtyard restaurants, shops with an impressive fine art, handicrafts, sculptures, ceramics, papier mache, woodworking, blown glass, silver, leather and there is more…. an amazing Art District home to a number of exciting galleries, showcasing the art works of Mexican and International artists that called San Jose their home.
One of the fantastic places you will visit is the Chocolate Factory called Xocolatl Mexican Cacao, you will learn about Cacao, the history and their importance to our culture and to the world.
Another not to be miss place you will visit is the Pearl Factory to learn about pearls, probably you never hear about it, but one of the pearls on the Queen Elizabeth Crown is from this state.
Join us for a half day of great learning. You will have free time for lunch.
