Experience one of the top things to do on Bimini's top snorkeling adventure. Four sites, four experiences with four levels of adventure. Navigate through the iconic S.S. Sapona shipwreck, experience the shark arena, wild stingrays at stingray island and more. With a unique experience at every site, this adventure caters to all ages and in-water comfort levels.
Your journey begins with a short 15-minute trip to Pablo Escobar’s plane wreck. Here, you’ll snorkel around a WWII-era plane that now serves as a vibrant home to diverse marine life. Next, explore the legendary SS Sapona. Originally commissioned as a troop transport ship during WWI, it later stored liquor during Prohibition and served as a bombing practice target in WWII. Continue to Stingray Island, where you can feed these graceful creatures as they glide through the water. The final and most thrilling stop is the Bahamas’ renowned “Shark Arena,” where you’ll snorkel among approximately 30 Caribbean reef sharks that visit daily.
Our meeting point is located in the Resort World hotel Piano lounge. It is a 5-10 minute walk from the port. There is a complimentary shuttle available as well.
