Dahshur, Red Pyramid & Bent Pyramid
The Red Pyramid is Egypt first perfect pyramid, it is also the second biggest pyramid in the country, including the pyramids of Giza. Right next to it is the older Bent Pyramid. The famous Bent Pyramid was the first attempt to build a true pyramid. Unfortunately, mathematical calculations were incorrect and halfway up the engineers realized that the pyramid would be too tall before the sides met and it could collapse. They adjusted the angle of construction, giving it its iconic bent appearance.

Giza Pyramids
For your last stop before the end of your tour, your guide will take you to the Giza plateau. Here you will visit the pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinos as well as the Sphinx and the Valley Temple. Optionally, you can enter the inside of the Cheops or Chephren. Your guide will keep you informed if you are interested in any of the additional, optional sites.
