The driver will meet you in the arrivals hall 60 minutes after your flight lands, holding a name board for easy identification. It is essential that you contact the driver within one hour of landing to confirm your presence. If you're delayed at passport control or baggage claim, please inform the driver to avoid any confusion. The driver will wait up to 90 minutes after landing free of charge. If no contact is made within 90 minutes, the booking will be marked as a no-show and will no longer be refundable.
