About this experience

Come take a ghostly historic tour of the southern tip of Tybee Island! Starting at the historic Carbo House, you’ll be greeted by your knowledgeable local ghost host for check-in. You will then be escorted around the South Beach area which is considered the down-front district of the island, it is loaded with shops, restaurants, bars, attractions - and ghosts! We will have a restroom and cocktail break at a family friendly restaurant which has a haunted background and a lot of history. Please be advised if you would like to wander the sandy beaches to look for shades and shadows, pets are not allowed on the beach “unless it is a service animal”. If you do bring baby strollers please be aware that there might be limitations for them on the actual beach, which we can try to improvise if needed.

We will meet at the Carbo House located on 9 Tybrisa Street, Tybee Island, Ga and speaking about the history and hauntings surrounding the area.

We will take you down to "The Point" on around 17th street beach side to look out near the sandbar area and talk about safety and deaths that occurred here.

We will take you by the Beachview Inn & Spa to talk about the beauty in hauntings at this amazing destination.

We will talk about the Atlantis Inn and the poltergeist activity at this destination.

We will stop by the Rock House for a Cocktail and Restroom Break at this family friendly restaurant with ghostly apparitions that even has a arcade for the kids!

We will stop by the "Sandbar" which is an extremely haunted bar on Tybee that has a Ghost name Fred. He likes to throw things around.

We will stop by the Breakfast Club to talk about the haunted experiences of locals and tourists. We will also talk about the surrounding areas near 15th street that are known to be haunted and celebrities who have had experiences.

We will walk down to the beach to look for ghostly apparitions near the dunes and around the pier before we end the trip.
