About this experience

In the Taste and Travel Odysee we will explore the trendy neighborhood of Hanover. Once the largest village in Prussia, industrialization began in the 19th century, which shaped Linden for a long time.

Together with our guides, you will learn more about the fascinating history of the working-class district and get to know real insiders from the locals. There are also snacks from some of Linden's many most interesting restaurants.

Detailed itinerary

We begin our tour of the district at Pariser Platz and take a detour towards the Linden market square. Before that, we would like to get to know one of the most famous Linden businessmen

We will observe the market activity on the Linden market square and then try something delicious in the oldest restaurant in Linden.

We continue walking towards Linden Nord, across Lichtenbergplatz. Here we learn more about the history of Linden and the architecture at Lichtenbergplatz.

We will stroll along the entire Limmerstrasse and have some snacks at two interesting restaurants.

Finally, we learn more about Werner & Ehlers' former bed spring factory and get to know the Faust cultural center.
