What you'll see

Book your private shuttle online, you'll provide your flight number, arrival time, and the name/address of your hotel/acommodation in the Cancun Hotel Zone/Downtown and/or Playa del Carmen.

Instant Confirmation: Once your reservation is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email with your booking details and clear instructions for your arrival.

When you arrive at the airport and wish to be taken to your hotel, you can find our staff waiting for you with a sign with your name. When it is time to leave your hotel, you will be picked up in the lobby of your hotel.

After landing, you’ll go through immigration and customs. Once you collect your luggage, head toward the designated meeting point just outside the terminal. Please avoid time share booths and be wary of illegal taxis that will claim your transportation has already left or that we do not exist (These are known ways of scam).

You’ll be dropped off right at your hotel lobby or main entrance for convenience and safety.

Please provide us with your desired pickup (If any) for departure, all last minute changes are subject to availability.

On your departure day, your driver will meet you at your hotel lobby, please be ready and on time, any communication will be done to the number you provided at the time of booking.

Arrivals: Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time and can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight landing time.

Departures: Please be ready and waiting at the lobby of your hotel, drivers are only allowed to wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time.

Please note pickups to/from multiple airport terminals/hotels and/or flights are not allowed.

All last-minute changes and/or delays are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
