**Airport Pickup:** Upon arrival, please collect your baggage and head to the Arrivals Hall. Your driver waits outside of the terminal in the Ground Transportation pick-up area holding a sign displaying an orange Cancun Travel Experience logo. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup.

Arrivals: Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time and can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight landing time. If by any chance, you encounter any issues locating your driver please go to any of the following meeting points:

- Terminal 2 (Domestic arrivals) at Welcome Bar
- Terminal 2 (International arrivals) at Welcome Bar
- Terminal 3 at Margaritaville Bar
- Terminal 4 at Welcome Bar
