First up, enjoy a tasting of two white wines, paired with tapas of ham and cheese and bread while you learn about our wine-making traditions.
Next, we’ll take a short walk over to Judenplatz, which used to be center of Jewish life in Vienna. There, you’ll enjoy lunch tasting Austrian classics like wiener schnitzel and butter schnitzel. We will try more wines.
Next is this tour’s highlight: a famous wine bar that was visited by Anthony Bourdain. You will try the most famous and highest quality of Austrian wines: the Grüner Veltliner Federspiel, which will be paired with some more tapas.
Finally, your tour will finish at a famous coffeehouse that employs seniors, giving them the opportunity to earn additional income beyond their pension. You’ll indulge in their delicious homemade pastries, along with a glass of sweet wine.
