With our traditional Sicilian cooking lessons; we value sustainability and have a Zero Waste policy, with us you will learn to transform your ingredients not only into tasty traditional dishes, but also into gels, powders and chips for a gourmet presentation.

The course is offered by professional chefs, who will teach you tricks and secrets of the culinary art, thanks to their vast experience of over 20 years in the sector.

Our location in the countryside, surrounded by olive trees, orange trees, lemon trees, vineyards, tomatoes and vegetable gardens, offers the perfect atmosphere to discover the secrets of Sicilian cuisine and live an authentic experience, also recommended for the little ones, who will thus be able to fall in love with the vegetables and healthy eating.
Pets are also welcome on our farm.
