• Luau is typically all held outdoors but subject to favorable weather conditions. At the discretion of management and the venue, luau may be moved indoors or canceled due to rain or threat of rain. Guests will be contacted and have the option to attend indoors if applicable, reschedule or request a refund. Please note this luau is on the island of Maui.
• Please arrive at designated start time, no need to arrive early.
• Parking in the Sheraton Maui’s parking structure is $2 with VALIDATION. Please get your ticket stamped. Valet parking is available for $5 with VALIDATION.
• Dress code is Aloha casual. The luau is outdoors and begins before sundown, so hat, sunglasses and sunscreen are strongly recommended.
• Minimum age to consume alcohol is 21 years.
• Depending on the size of your party, you may be seated with guests from other reservations.
• Your table assignment and check in time will be texted to you two days in advance of your activity.
