Arrival: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled tour start time. Late arrivals or no-shows will forfeit their reservation with no refund or reschedule.
Guests: Ages 3 and older are welcome. No children seated in laps. Child and booster seats are available by advance request. Not set up for rear-facing infant seats.
Storage: We cannot accommodate wheelchair, walker, luggage, or stroller storage aboard the Jeep.
Cancellation Policy: Private tours are fully refundable if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour time. No-shows are charged in full.
