About this experience
You will travel into the hills to the small village of Lethe, where you’ll find the perfect setting of land and water. With picturesque views from the hills to the tranquil and refreshingly cool water of the magnificent Great River, Lethe will create memories to last a lifetime.
Sit back and relax as you make your way down the river on a beautiful decorated bamboo raft. The ride is approximately one hour (1hr) the overall from pick up to return at your pick up location varies on your location of pick up, while a raft captain teaches you about the history of the land and the many wonders that Jamaica has to offer.
During your river journey, you can experience a natural foot rub from your Raft Captain using limestone paste made from the river rocks, locally known as 'Jungle socks'. Before leaving you can shop for local hand-crafted souvenirs from the village or back on the way at any shopping location en route. This is flexible tour, no need to worry the operator will be irie.
