About this experience

Start your PERFECT day on Kauai by PRACTICING YOGA by THE OCEAN!  Experience feeling the ocean's invigorating energy, as you stretch, breathe deeply, and listen to the waves rolling to the shore, while practicing yoga on the beach. Over the course of this oceanfront session, you'll follow along with your instructor as clouds pass over,  watching the sun illuminate the sands of Kauai's eastern shore. Relax your body, expand your mind, and let wave yoga guide your body, mind and soul.
