When your plane lands, we kindly ask you to communicate via WhatsApp with our operations staff, make sure you contact us as we have a 2 hour allowance from the moment your flight land.

DEPARTURES:
We will pick you up in the lobby of your hotel at the specified time in the vehicle of your choice. Please make sure you are on time as we have a 20-minute allowance. There is only one highway from Cancun to the airport. Once you arrive at the airport your driver will take you to the terminal of your airline and will park in front of the departure area.
