What you'll see

Once we have confirmed your reservation you will recieve an e-mail with all the details of your trip. We will pick you up in the lobby of your hotel at the specified time in the vehicle of your choice. Please make sure you are on time as we have a 20 minute allowance. Your driver will offer you access to free wifi and ammenities. There is only one highway from Tulum to the airport. Once you arrive at the airport your driver will take you to the terminal of your airline and will park in front of the departure area. Although the driver checks the vehicle for forgotten objects please take the time to make sure you leave nothing behind
