Although each tour is a little different, We plan to ride through Port Canaveral, see the cruise ships fishing boats, Exploration tower and ride out to jetty park, an oceanfront park with a pier we can explore.
At this stop, we will spend a few minutes walking out to the pier, take some photos, maybe purchase a souvenir and if time is on our side, maybe have a refreshment.
This popular park has great sights, and has great photo opportunities overlooking the lagoon Where we often see mannity's and dolphins and other wildlife. It's also our first opportunity to use the restroom.
A common stop but not required, is the world's largest surf shop, Ron Jon's. This is another photo opportunity and a great place to buy a souvenir or aperral.
Jetty park is the corner where the port meets the ocean and offers outstanding views of the beach and the port and the Canaveral Air Station. It's a great place to watch rocket launches, and see cruise ships coming going, and occasionally even a rocket coming in on a barge, and on rare occasions we'll catch a nuclear trident submarine headed into base. We usually walk out on the pier here and see what the local fisherman are catching.
Upon discussion and age-appropriate, we will stop for a refreshment at the local microbrew. Either at this location or one of the other local watering holes.
Because we are flexible on the meeting point, we will call you after booking to set up specific meeting details, but we will provide you with contact numbers and specifics after booking.
• Minimum numbers apply. Must have 4 for guided tour. Optional program for self-guided tour is available if you do not meet the minimum of 4, or desire to ride around on your own.
