About this experience

.The tour starts with pick up from centrally located hotels in North Goa and proceeds towards world UNESCO heritage sites. Located in Old Goa, Basilica of Bom Jesus and Se Cathedral are the most visited landmarks of Old Goa. These churches are situated nearby and can be explored on roads. The architecture of these churches is a mix of Catholic and Portuguese.
Later you will visit Shree Mangesh temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. The Goan architecture of this temple is mesmerizing and unique.
After experiencing the religious side of Goa you will proceed towards the quiet Dona Paula Beach. You can enjoy water sports and can shop for souvenirs. The next location is a bustling area within the capital Panjim, Miramar. Many shacks sell local fashion, jewellery, and food here. The last stop is the Mandovi River, where guests are free to take one hour Cruise ride or relax at the Riverfront.
The tour ends by dropping the guests off at their hotel/meeting point in the evening.

Stop 1

Your first destination is India’s first small basilica. It is one of Goa's UNESCO World Heritage sites. Located in Old Goa, this beautiful church holds a special place in everybody's Goa bucket list.

This beautiful Portuguese gothic style Cathedral is located exactly opposite to Basilica of Bom Jesus. It is a well-maintained church, that has eye-pleasing. This is the largest church in Asia and took around 100 years to build back in 1562.

A beautiful mix of Hindu, Christian and Muslim architecture can only be seen here. Shri Mangesh temple is located at Mangeshi Village and is one of the largest and most frequently visited temples in Goa. It was earlier located at Kushasthali (Cortalim) but a number of Hindu temples were destroyed in Goa during the Portuguese Inquisition. So, the devotees of God Manguesh removed the Shiva linga from there to the current location in the middle of the night.

Named after a Portuguese romantic heroine Dona Paula, this place is popular in local folklore and is home to Baroness von Leistner’s 1969 “Image of India” statue. Quiet Dona Paula Beach offers water sports and souvenir shops. High-end hotels and restaurants offering western and Indian food.

Located in the capital Panaji, Miramar beach is the quiet one. You can enjoy long walks and waves here as you won't come across much crowd here.
