About this experience

The tour begins at 8:20 AM, with departure to the meeting point, although the time may vary depending on the distance. After boarding the speedboat, we travel along the river for approximately 40 minutes until reaching the village of Vassouras, where during the high-water season there are deep lagoons for swimming, but the main attraction is the observation of Capuchin monkeys in their natural habitat. Next, we return to the boat and head to the village of Mandacaru, where visitors can climb the Preguiças Lighthouse and enjoy a spectacular panoramic view. The village also features craft shops, caipirinhas, and local-flavored ice creams, offering moments of leisure and cultural immersion. Finally, we proceed to Caburé Beach, a sandy peninsula bordered by the river on one side and the sea on the other, where lunch is served at one of the beach restaurants, following the pilot’s guidance.
