Detailed itinerary

Stop 1

The day trip to Chobe starts at 7:00 am and leaves at 7:30 am from Victoria Falls. You will be transferred by vehicle to the Kazungula border, which is the border post between Zimbabwe and Botswana, a distance of 80 km. Here your guide to Botswana will meet you.
After completing the border formalities, it's time for your first safari of the day, which is a 3-hour boat cruise along the Chobe River. This section of the river is famous for its huge herds of elephants, which can be seen up close and safely from the boat. Hippos, crocodiles, and an abundance of birds are exciting to see and experience. The morning cruise ends around 12:30.

After the morning boat cruise, you will have a healthy lunch at Chobe Safari Lodge until 2 pm.

Stop 3

After lunch, it will be Game Drive afternoon in Chobe National Park. You will see herds of buffalo, elephants and other plains. After the Game Drive, it will be time to return to Victoria Falls, leaving Chobe around 5:30 pm.
