What you'll see

Once disembarked from your ship at Venice Cruise terminal please proceed immediately to the arrival lobby, located just outside the baggage claim area where our assistant will wait for you with a signboard carrying your name.
The assistant will lead you to your watertaxi. From here after approx 40 minutes ride we'll reach the centre of Venice directly at your hotel or private address.
Some hotels have easy access from the canal so the watertaxi will drop off directly there, some others are located in narrow canals not accessible for the watertaxi, for this reason passengers will be disemarked at the closest point.

On board will be possible to carry 1 hand luggage and 1 big luggage per person. Additional luggages will be subject to payment on spot (7 euro each).
