Important notes

• If you have not already specified, you MUST advise supplier as soon as possible your Ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and departure time so that appropriate arrangements can be made. This tour do not operate for passengers not coming by cruise ship.
* The Pickup place is main entrance of the pier (main street). It is a short distance from your ship. There you will see our staff holding a sign with your name on it. All our tour guides wear a Green Color Polo Uniform
• Please note that in Costa Rica there is some confusion about ship time versus local time. Please check with the reception to clarify whether your ship changes its time to local time, so you don’t miss your excursion. As each ship is ruled by its captain, it is your responsibility to confirm this while you are sailing. All our tours are operated LOCAL PORT TIME
• If you ship will arrive late, no worries. All our Shore Excursions are operating accordingly with the ship´s schedules. By default, all our tours are confirmed at 8:00 AM. In case your ship arrives after 8:00 AM, the pickup time will be one hour later. In case a ship delay, the pickup time will be 30 minutes after ship arrival and our staff will wait for you.
