Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap

Maximum waiting time is 25 minutes after the confirmed pickup time. After that, an additional charge of 250 Mexican pesos for the first hour will be applied.
If a change of terminal is required due to the incorrect information submitted, a fee of 300 Mexican pesos will be charged.
Changes of dates or times must be submitted up to 48 hours before the service.
Late evening, night and early morning services (8 PM to 8 AM) are subject to a surcharge of 350 pesos payable directly to the driver.
