The House Ambassador of Dom Perignon will introduce customers to the world of Dom Pérignon, through Cellars tour of the oldest part of our cellars, dedicated to the ageing of Dom Pérignon bottles. This part of the cellars is not visited during the classic Moet et Chandon tour.
The experience ends with a tasting of two vintages, a Plénitude 2006 and a 2013.

15:45 - 16:15 Visit the Abbey's Church of Sindulphe d'Hautvillers (Abbaye Saint-Pierre d'Hautvillers). It is a former Benedictine monastery. The Abbey was founded in 665 and remained active till the French Revolution 1789. Dom Perignon has developed the wine making methods in the region of Champagne. Nowadays there are 26 local Champagne producers in the village.
